Furvell is an independent family business with many years of experience specialising in luxury garden and home furniture. Their website hosts a range of high quality garden furniture including sofa sets, dining sets, fire pit sets plus other garden furniture, alongside an increasingly broad range of interior furniture.
Furvell has helped thousands of people transform their gardens. Spending several years importing garden furniture to the UK and discovering all there is to know about rattan, they turned their attention to crafting their own range. Many of the items they offer are their ‘own-brand' which means they can pass on direct-from-manufacturer savings to their loyal customers nationwide.

High-growth required a replatform
Struggling and growing increasingly frustrated with a lack of features, support, performance and security concerns with WooCommerce, Furvell set out to move to a new provider that could confidently scale their business. Further to finding the Voracio tagline on another website we had developed, owner Jane arranged for a platform demonstration.
We replatformed Furvell from WooCommerce to Voracio, a complete overhaul in every sense of the word. We created a whole new minimalist brand identity; logo, fonts, colours, imagery, banners etc. A brand with such integrity of their product offering needed an online presence to marry up, quality and trust now emanates throughout the whole website and a 4.9/5 independent review score resonates this.
Furvell are expanding their product range by introducing high quality interior furniture from other manufacturers into their range. These new additions are complementary to their existing high quality own-brand furniture.
Voracio in-house design service for banner creation
Being a full-service agency and platform, we offer our own in-house graphic design service. The Voracio banner module offers an extensive choice of styles, sizes and adaptable layouts, all optimised for multi device display.
Furvell have commissioned us to provide ongoing design services. This ensures the highest level of design aesthetic. It's great to know that the visual quality of the website landing pages isn't compromised by artwork created by web merchandisers having no or little design skills. First impressions matter (a lot!) and our input helps to keep bounce rates in check.
Attribute structure orchestrated by Voracio
A core and very powerful element to the Voracio platform PIM (Product Information Management) system is our comprehensive attribute system. We helped Furvell by gaining a thorough understanding of their product catalogue, from there we built out a well-organised attribute structure. This includes over a hundred attributes of differing types, several hundred attribute values and over 20 attribute sets. Reusable attributes are shared across multiple sets and we've also converted many attributes to be used as filters on listings.
This is of course a task that our merchants can manage themselves and indeed build out their entire attribute structure themselves from scratch, but we're also happy to assist with this process on a strategic and hands-on level, because it's so important for the efficiency and flexibility of product management.

- Most product listing pages on Furvell use dynamic categorisation, whereby products shown on pages are ‘smart targeted' to attributes

We love using the Voracio attribute system, it's very intuitive and really helps us ensure consistency and quality is of the highest standard when configuring products.
Spreading the cost with finance options
Much of the furniture available on Furvell are high ticket items, for this reason the website offers a choice of options allowing the user to spread the cost over time. Voracio has partnered with several online finance providers, each having their own pros and cons when it comes down to costs and likely customer eligibility.
Furvell have chosen to use DivideBuy and Klarna as their primary finance providers, the addition of these has helped increase turnover and conversion rates. Both are seamlessly integrated with Voracio, complete with product detail page calculators and smooth checkout flows. Our tight integration means most post-sale payment management can be handled directly within the Voracio order manager.
